Richard L. Orloski primarily practices in the areas of personal injury, civil rights, employment discrimination, unemployment, workers' compensation, and social security. He obtained his undergraduate degree at Cornell University in 1994 and his J.D. degree from The Ohio State University School of Law in 1997.
During law school, Richard was a member of the Ohio State Law Journal. After graduating, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Alan M. Black in the Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas.
Since completing his clerkship, Mr. Orloski has successfully tried cases to verdict in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania. He has also argued cases before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the Pennsylvania Superior Court, and the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court, resulting in several reported decisions.
