Kevin concentrates his practice on social security, civil rights, employment discrimination, workers' compensation, unemployment compensation, and personal injury. He obtained his undergraduate degree in 1999 from Cornell University. While earning his J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, he was a research editor for the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. After graduating in 2003, Kevin served a two-year clerkship with the Honorable William Moran in the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas.
Kevin is admitted to practice law by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and Federal Court in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He has argued cases before the Commonwealth and Superior Courts of Pennsylvania.
Kevin is a member of the Lehigh County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.
